TyreCOP TC-M423

A wireless, solar-charged tyre pressure monitoring system for cars, SUVs and 4x4s. Four sensors, one dash-top monitor, and an alert the moment a tyre drifts out of range, with nothing to wire in and nothing to subscribe to.

Sensors are available valve-mounted or internal, and the spare wheel can be added as a fifth position. Built to GB26149-2017.

Why TC-M423

Fit it, forget it, drive.

It charges itself, it sets its own alarm thresholds from your tyres, and it tells you which wheel needs attention.

Solar-charged, USB top-up

Charge it fully over USB before first use, then daylight keeps it running on the dash.

Alerts that set themselves

The pressure at pairing becomes the reference. It warns at 25% above and 15% below, with no thresholds to work out.

Six ways it warns you

High and low pressure, high temperature, fast leak, low sensor battery and lost sensor.

Bar or psi, °C or °F

Switch units from the keypad. No app, no account, no data cost.

What's in the box

Everything you need.

One monitor, four sensors and the tools to fit them.

Valve Sensors ×4

TC-M423_Valve-Sens
  • External, anti-theft
  • 21 mm dia. × 16 mm, 10 g each
  • Screws onto the existing valve, no tyre removal
  • With hex wrench, 4 anti-theft nuts and 4 spare O-rings
TyreCOP TC-M423 internal in-tyre sensor

Internal Sensors ×4

TC-M423_Itnl-Sens
  • In-tyre, pre-paired
  • Replaces the valve, hidden inside the wheel
  • Pre-programmed and labelled LF, RF, LR and RR
  • Fitted with the tyre off the rim
Fitting

Two ways to sensor it.

Inflate every tyre to its correct pressure first. Whatever it reads at pairing becomes the reference the alerts are measured against.

Valve sensors
  • Screw the anti-theft nut onto each valve, if you're using them
  • Wind each sensor on two turns only, without tightening yet
  • Hold the power button 3 seconds to switch the monitor on
  • Hold SET and + for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode
  • Select a wheel position, then tighten that sensor fully. The monitor beeps and the reading appears
  • Repeat around the vehicle, then hold SET for 3 seconds to save and exit
  • Lock each anti-theft nut against the sensor with the supplied spanner
Internal sensors
  • Each sensor is pre-paired to one position and decalled LF, RF, LR or RR
  • Remove the existing valve from the wheel
  • Wet the valve with soapy water or lubricant, then fit the sensor parallel to the rim
  • Inflate to the recommended pressure, refit the valve cap and mount the wheel in its matching position
  • Hold the power button 3 seconds. The sensors are found within a few seconds
In use

What it tells you, and how.

Alerts
  • High pressure: 25% above reference
  • Low pressure: 15% below reference
  • High temperature
  • Fast leak
  • Low sensor battery
  • Sensor lost
Factory defaults
  • Reference pressure: taken from the tyre at pairing
  • Pressure unit: psi
  • Temperature unit: °F
  • High-temperature alert: 158°F (70°C)
Controls
  • On / off: hold the power button 3 seconds
  • Pairing mode: hold SET and + for 3 seconds
  • Bar ↔ psi: hold + for 3 seconds in standby
  • °C ↔ °F: hold − for 3 seconds in standby
